I recently installed Redhat 7.0 and could not get a new Encore 10/100
ethernet card to work. After searching all of the online information, I
downloaded the newest files from Scyld, and the instructions. I was able
to compile the new pci-scan.c just fine - when I try to compile
rtl8139.c using kgcc and putting the extra -I path in the compiler
command line as suggested I get a series of files that cannot be found.
It seems they stem from modversions.h in the extra included filepath
(the first is /linux/modules/ad1848.ver) - I did a find and these files
do not appear to be anywhere on my system. Does anyone have an idea of
where I have gone wrong here?
Thanks
Mark
