thanks for the help...
I found a newer version of the driver in www.sis.com.tw (sis900.c and
sis900.h)
But i think they are made for 2.3.x kernels, because i am not able to
compile them using 2.2.14 kernel (linux-2.2.14.tar.gz)
I get lots of errors...
Does this mean i have to compile a 2.3.x version and install it over the
2.2.14 version of the SuSE distribution?
(i am very unexperienced in this kernel-compilation-and-drivers thing...)
It is a SiS900 chipset OnBoard, i opened the box. Besides, i recompiled the
NEW rtl8139.c driver (including the pci-scan.c), and it didn't recognize the
card.
