[realtek] At installing Linux answer me : Device is busy

Hello!
I' ve a problem. I have a laptop Toshiba 2800-400 and I buy a PCMCIA =
network card "Intellinet" whit chip rtl8139 10/100MHz, my S.O. is Linux =
2.1.14. When I compiling rtl8139.c and pci-scan.c no problem happen. =
Then I do "insmod pci-scan.o" and I see it at work with "lsmod" BUT when =
I do "insmod rtl8139.o" Linux answer me "Device is busy", and I don't =
see it in "lsmod". Why? Where I have a mistake?
