[realtek] Problems during installazion of PCMCIA Ethernet Card with rtl8139

Hello!
I' ve a problem. I have a laptop Toshiba 2800-400 and I buy a PCMCIA =
network card "Intellinet" whit chip rtl8139 10/100MHz, my S.O. is Linux =
2.1.14 (Red Hat 6.2). When I compiling rtl8139.c and pci-scan.c no =
problem happen. Then I do "insmod pci-scan.o" and I see it at work with =
"lsmod" BUT when I do "insmod rtl8139.o" Linux answer me "Device is =
busy", and I don't see it in "lsmod". Why? Where I have a mistake?
