how do I find out the current speed of the card? here's the best what
I can get:
jojda:/home/erik/skusobna/lne100tx/diag# ./mii-diag/mii-diag
Using the default interface 'eth0'.
Basic registers of MII PHY #32: 1100 782d 0000 0000 01e1 41e1 0001
0000.
Basic mode control register 0x1100: Auto-negotiation enabled.
You have link beat, and everything is working OK.
Your link partner advertised 41e1: 100baseTx-FD 100baseTx 10baseT-FD
10baseT.
jojda:/home/erik/skusobna/lne100tx/diag# ./rtl8139-diag/rtl8139-diag -a

Index #1: Found a RealTek RTL8139 adapter at 0x6100.
The RealTek chip appears to be active, so some registers will not be
read.
To see all register values use the '-f' flag.

No interrupt sources are pending.
The chip configuration is 0x10 0x6c, MII full-duplex mode.
EEPROM size test returned 6, 0x204a4 / 0x2.
it says full duplex mode but I cannot find speed... I tried to run
rtl8139-diag with -e and -m/-mm but it did not list speed either.
the card is connected to d-link hub with switch DSH-5 and while it
reports full duplex, the other card that is conected to the same hub is
reporting half duplex only (it used to wok in full duplex mode before,
connected via cable only) - any ideas? [the other computer is currently
running win]
TIA
