[realtek] Device or resource busy

Hello,

I have a SMC 1211TX card with the rtl8139 chip.  I had installed
RedHat6.2 and had my machine up a running with net access.  For some
reason I can no longer access this netwrok card.  I consistently get the
following message:
    /tmp/rtl8139.o: init_module: Device or resource busy

Any ideas?
