[realtek] speed problems with 8139

Hi again!

I have now changed driver to "rtl8139.o" from 
http://www.scyld.com/network/updates.html

but that didn't help, i still does about 13Mbit/s
why?
PLEASE help me!

PS. I'm running a P166 machine with RedHat 7.1 and kernel 2.4.2-2,
not RedHat 7.2 as i wrote before :-/
