[realtek] Issue when load RTL8139 on 2.4.3

Hello

I have been trying to load the RealTek driver under Novell Zenworks Imaging 3.2.  This is running a 2.4.3 kernel, I have complied the drivers however I always get the error message in the DMESG of:

What am I doing wrong?

Can anyone help?
