[realtek] compiling rtl8139.c for Conceptronic 100TCL

Hi,
I'm trying to compile rtl8139.c in Kernel 2.2.19 to configure properly a
PCMCIA 100TCL Conceptronic (whit this chip).
I try to compile it but it does not compile whit kernel headers. How I can
resolve it?
Could you send me the compiled file for this kernel and for kernel 2.4?
