[realtek] [Q] 801.1p and 801.1q supporting in rtl8139 linux driver

I want to know whether 'rtl8139 linux device driver' supports 801.1p and
801.1q or not.

I have heard that 'rtl8139 windows device driver' supported 801.1p and
801.q.
But, I can't find any documents about 'rtl8139 linux device driver'

Please, tell me about this.
