Linksys EtherFast CardBus 10/100 PC card

Hi,

I bought a Linksys EtherFast CardBus 10/100 PC card, because,
foolishly, I believed Linksys' website which claims it works on
Linux and gives instructions.  It doesn't work.  What happens is
I start getting messages from eth0 saying it's
switching to 100baseTx media, then to 10baseT media,
then to 100baseTx media, and so on.  The card works
perfectly with Win98 + Linksys-provided drivers.

Does anybody know *why* this card doesn't work with the current tulip.c   
driver?
Is anybody working on this?
Does anybody have a guess when it might work?
