21143 TD CardBus Card

Can someone send me the URL for the Linux CardBus driver sources (point
me in the right direction)?  I need to download it.  I'm trying to get
some code to work talking to a Kingston 10/100 21143 TD controller based
CardBus card.

I think the problem is a bug talking to the 3VCardBus PHY chip's
register 0x00 bit 15.  That would reset the PHY on startup and this
doesn't seem to be happening.  Also the code that reads the SROM on this
puppy seems to be incorrect, the driver sources will help me decipher
this.
