ANA-6911A/TXC works with tulip 0.79

Hi all,

I have read that some people have problems with the ANA-6911A/TXC card.
Two months ago I had the same problem and the solution was to use the  
tulip driver version !! 0.79 !! ( with my kernel version 2.0.36). 
The driver detects a 21142 chip on the card, which is not correct, but
it works.

In the last days I have updated the kernel to version 2.2.5 (Suse 6.1)
and
I have the same problem again. Now the tulip driver 0.91 doesn´t work
again 
and I cannot compile the kernel sources with the tulip driver 0.79,
because 
(it seems) the function calls have changed.

Have somebody an idea to fix the problem?
