Do your systems have environmental monitors? If
so, there should be a page in the BIOS/CMOS setup
utility to set thresholds for CPU temperature,
supply voltages, fan speeds, etc. Often there will
be one temperature threshold for sounding an alarm
and another for system shutdown. It could be that
on occasion some of your systems reach a temperature
between those two setpoints.
