21143 - Tx hung - solution

Hi!

The final solution for my problem is suggested by Donald Becker in
this mail:

See the end of that mail. With that added to the 91g driver, everything
works OK, the driver does detect the max work in interrupt exceeded cases,
but does the right thing in that case and the card keeps working.

I've put a patch against 91g at

I wonder whether this might help with the FA310TX as well - if the
INTR_MITIGATION flag was added to the right PNIC entry - I think
the FA310TX is based on the LiteOn PNIC-II, which seems to be similar
to the 21143.
