PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter Controller is AX88140 (ASIX).
We found the home page

07/16/99 tulip.c     =>Linux can not ping out 
	 	       and everyone can not ping Linux.
02/24/99 tulip.c-90q =>Linux can ping everyone,although others
		       (ex:Novell,Win95,Win98,and NT)can not
		       ping Linux until Linux ping them.
04/07/99 tulip.c-90z =>Linux will reboot,the card can not work.

And we receive the return mail (24/08/99) that has the tulip.c
,but the tulip.c still has trouble.
The trouble is that Linux can not ping out and everyone can not 
ping Linux.
