Tulip driver fails to compile in Linux Kernel 2.2?

I tried the build using the compile command listed at the end of
the file.  Running a Digital Personal Workstation 500au with
a Digital 21143-PB/C card and Redhat 6.0.  I got the compile
error (first one below):
