Please help: "init_module: Device or resource busy"

Hi,

Id REALLY appreciate if someone could please help me with this problem:

I'm trying to load the tulip module by doing an "insmod tulip", but I get
back the following error message:

/lib/modules/2.2.5-15/net/tulip.o: init_module: Device or resource busy

I haven't built the module myself. I have just done a fresh install of Red
Hat 6.0 and am using the version shipped with it.
Any ideas?
