[tulip-bug] LNE 100Tx Problem

I apologize in advance if a similar problem has already been posted. I have
a Linksys LNE 100TX v4 in a dual PII 400 system. I've performed a fresh
2.2.18 kernel install. The tulip module loads fine, and while pinging other
systems I can see activity flutter across the hub. However, I get nothing
returned from the network. Here's the output from tulip_diag:
