[tulip-bug] LNE100Tx problem not on SMP

My problem was easily fixed by getting and compiling the 0.92 tulip
drivers from ftp://ftp.scyld.com/pub/network/. I made the (rather
stupid) mistake of assuming that the newest module was with kernel 2.2.18.
The 2.4.* test kernel seems to work "out of the box" as well.
BTW, the noapic option wasn't needed for it to work on my particular box.
