Probelem with LiteOn Tulip card

Hi,

I work for Resonate,Inc at Sunnyvale, CA.  We are
testing our product with Linux and I observed that
the NIC card would crash when it receives heavy load
generated by a home grown TCP based load generator.
I had installed our driver and the machine was  a fresh system.

Note that I had to request huge files from a different machine
and the receiving part of the NIC driver would stop responding.
netstat -in would show no outgoing packets while the receiving
side shows that all packets received are dropped.

System details retrieved from /var/log/messages:

Driver: tulip.c:v0.91g 7/16/99
NIC:    Lite-On 82c168 PNIC rev 33.
Linux Version: 2.2.12-20 (single processor).
NET4: Linux TCP/IP 1.0 for NET4.0

Any help in fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
