I have a system which fails intermittently - usually when a large 1Gbyte+ (at 100t speed) ftp transfer is taking 
place.

I get the message:
Kernal panic skput:over: c402ab30:28757:28757 Dev:eth0
In swapper task - not syncing.

The system is running RH 6.2 with tulip driver (uncertain of version) on Kingston TX100 ot TX110 card

I am not sure if I should look at the card, the drivers or elsewhere on the system for a solution this annoying 
problem.

Sorry about the vague config data but I cant get to the machine at the moment.
