I have been getting CNET CN100TX cards in lots of 20 for a couple years =
now for $30 ea. Never had a problem till now.. the cards have recently =
been switched over to INTEL chips (INTEL 21143-PD) and all of a sudden =
the MII transcievers aren't being seen by the driver and I'm getting =
200kB/sec transfers instead of 11MB/sec transfers with collisions are =
all over the place.

I can't get the newest drivers to compile on 2.2.15 or 2.3.99-pre5, and =
I have been seeing this problem with the drivers in both stock kernels. =
HELP!
