Hi,
please find enclosed the output from tulip-diag -ee ... The link partner is a D-Link
Mini-Switch (5 ports). The general phenomenon is the same like the one with the 2.4
driver. If I use a x-over cable to an Intel EEpro100 the same thing happens (takes
very long time to neg. the link speed).
A fellow worked also reported that he gets only 10mbps-hd on the remeining ports of
the quad ethernet bord -- any ideas on that?
If it helps, I could ask a friend to send one of the boards to you?!

P.S. In my current setup (I'm away from the machine) only port 0 of board 0 is
connected...
