Accton EN1207

After long search I found the ideal card for me:
Accton EN1207 10/100 PCI-Combo

As I'd like to use this card in about 15 computers, I need to know if it's
working without problems under Linux (2.0.34). Really without problems,
two of the systems are server (with Adaptec 2940)...
It's somewhat urgent, as I'm pressed for time once again :-(

If there are problems, what kind of problems and what about future plans ?
