bug with the tulip driver?

This isn't a major bug, and I'm not sure if it's the tulip driver, or 
elsewhere:

The card (Kingston KNE-100TX) works fine, haven't had any issues concerning 
the network card.  It's just that the TX stats are way off.  The system has 
been up ~9 days running kernel 2.1.108.  (tulip driver is 0.89H)
