I'm not sure, but I thought so.  At least, I don't recall looking at
specs on a switch that wasn't.  However, it might well be that there
are really cheap switches that either aren't full duplex or (more
likely) don't have a full 100 Mbps of bandwidth per port and hence
cannot support full duplex connections between all possible pairs of
ports at once.  Somebody out there will know for sure.  Somebody
always does..;-)
