[tulip] new driver wierdness and Kingston KNE100TX cards

When using the new version of the tulip network driver in the source rpm
form the scyld site I've found that the MAC address that this version of
the driver is different then the .91 tulip driver.  Any reason why one
version would see the card with one mac address and the newer driver
with another?
