[tulip] IBM 10/100 CardBus EtherJet

Hi folks,
I had my IBM 10/100 CardBus (tulip_cb) PCMCIA card working with Linux, and
then upgraded from pcmcia-cs-3.0.14 to 3.1.21.  The tulip_cb driver
changed rather a lot.  Old one still works (thanks!) but the new one
doesn't.  I had a bit of a look - the new version seems to try very hard
to find Xircom cards, but how can I make it find the IBM
near-equivalent?  In the old version I had #define XIRCOM_CARDBUS and that
was all that I needed.

Any advice would be appreciated (although I confess, it works fine using
the old driver - I just thought that if I fix it, perhaps others could
benefit).
