[tulip] Limited success with Netgear FA310TX problem

Congrats that you got it working in some form. Given that we've narrowed it
down to some sort of initialization, I would imagine the answer may lie in
trying different options to the driver (in particular half/full duplex). You
had mentioned that you were looking into different tulip options -- did you
have a chance to try that? If that led nowhere, perhaps there is something in
the code itself that needs to be hacked... but that would be where my
experience with the driver pretty much ends. :)
