Try ping -I eth0 192.168.0.100
and
ping -I eth1 192.168.0.100


Try turning on ARP filter:
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/all/arp_filter


You do realize you have two interfaces on the same subnet on the same
machine, that is not a normal thing to do....
