[tulip] tulip with conexant chip also breaks under load with a presario 1211

Well, it works MUCH better, but I still got a Tx message this morning.
Still I could do an entire vnc session this night without having to restart everything (vnc really doesnt like being cut off).

The attached file may have some informations on my chipset (to check if it differs from the 1700T one), mainly output from lspci and tulip-diag.

Again, it's not perfect, but it's now usable
