You should be using the v0.93 driver with the ADMtek chip.  At least run
'tulip-diag -e' to see if the EEPROM is readable.

This is another problem.  Verify the IRQ 0 status by checking in
/proc/pci.  Read

Your BIOS allows explicitly setting the IRQ line?  That's unusual for a
post-1997 system.  Verify that you haven't created a conflict with ISA
IRQ assignments.

IRQ sharing should be enable: PCI cards can share (although not with
other bus types e.g. ISA cards).
