You should be using the v0.93 driver with the ADMtek chip. At least run
'tulip-diag -e' to see if the EEPROM is readable.

Your BIOS allows explicitly setting the IRQ line? That's unusual for a
post-1997 system. Verify that you haven't created a conflict with ISA
IRQ assignments.
