[tulip] Intel (DEC) 21152AB bridge chip errata?

I just received word from the new maker of the p430 nics that the
older p430 nics use a 21152AB bridge, which evidently has some errata
that seriously impairs performance....

That might explain the dropped packets that I see when I run all 4 ports
together at higher speeds....

Does anyone have any more information on what this errata may be, and if
there is some work-around that can be made (or is being made)?
(I asked the supplier the same thing...waiting)
