[tulip] Conexant LANfinity COMBO doenst send anythinf

The driver version is 0.9.15-pre12, but I've downloaded netdrivers.tgz and It doesnt work too.
I've tried with netdrivers-3.3.tgz, and it sends 42 bytes sometimes, but other computes doesnt receive anything. After a time, it stopped.

My other computer doesnt receive any byte, and my conexant lanfinity sends sometimes 60 bytes, that it's lost.
