[tulip] Not sure about error

Hi,

I am not sure if this is a software or a hardware problem.

I am constantly getting PCI Fatal Bus Errors with my network card 
(kernel-ring-buffer):

dmesg (after raising debug-level of the tulip module):

Sometimes (more seldom after I updated the tulip-driver from version 
0.97 to 0.98) I get network-lockups - i.e. the network card does not do 
anything any more until I reload the tulip-module.

Some more details about my hardware and linux-version:
Motherboard Asus SP3G (one of the first PCI/ISA-boards) wiht 486DX4-100 CPU.

Linux version is based on SuSE 6.0, Kernel-Version is 2.0.36, role of 
that machine is dns/dialin/dialout/fax-Server and web-proxy.

I currently load the module with
   options=14 debug=0

I force the network-card into 100FDX since I use a crossover-cable and 
use the same network card on the other end (newer mainboard, SuSE 6.4 or 
Windows 95, both set to 100FDX, no problems at all with card and drivers).

Any ideas?
