There is not "jess@*" subscribed.

For the list members:
Our current mailing list program is "mailman". It replaced Majordomo at the
beginning of the year.

The usual problem that people have is "what is my password".
You can have the password sent to your email address using the web
interface.

Asking me to remove you by hand is a poor second choice. It takes three or
four minutes per address. That might not seem like a lot, but it quickly
turns into twenty or thirty minutes a day.

Both methods assume that you know the address that you were subscribed
under. This should always be in the mail headers. There is no way for me
to figure out that john@mailbox.com ends up as jdoe@foo.ca. If some host
along the path to you stripped the email name out of the mail header, have
the mail administrator fix that machine.
