[vortex-bug] 3ccfe575ct - transmit time out, tx status 00

I have a Laptop with a 3ccfe575ct pcmcia card. The OS is Linux RH6.2 with
2.2.17 kernel version. The pcmcia drivers modules are taken from the package
pcmcia-cs-3.1.21.
My problem is that when I make a lot of traffic the network stops working
and I receive the following log messages:

Then I must restart both network and pcmcia to be able to use the network
again.
I had the same problem with the kernel 2.2.14 and 2.4.0.pre3.
