[vortex-bug] 3c575_cb driver bug?

Hmm interesting...

The version number embedded in 3c575_cb.c is .99L. (from 1999!!)

I'm going to replace the 3c575_cb.c file with the latest download from
scyld.com and see if that fixes the problem.
