[vortex] HELP: compile and instal updated 3c59x.c

Hi,

I compiled the 3c59x.c (from ftp://ftp.scyld.com/pub/network/3c59x.c)
and pci-scan.c, pci-scan.h, and kern_compat.h

I did "insmod 3c59x.o" and got

3c59x.o: unresolved symbol acpi_wake
3c59x.o: unresolved symbol acpi_set_pwr_state
3c59x.o: unresolved symbol pci_drv_unregister
3c59x.o: unresolved symbol pci_drv_register

What went wrong?

I wonder what pci-scan.o is for although I compiled it but when
to use it?

Kernel version is 2.2.14-5.0smp
