[vortex] Will a 3com dual server nic work under linux

Hi'

I am thinking about purchasing the 3com 3c982-TXM board with
two ports built in. The description from 3com of this server
nic is given below.

Basically I think, that what we are having here is just a
nic with two ports, each to be given its own unique network
address. My question is now, if linux and more specifically
the vortex driver will support this card. If that is now the
case, would anybody know about the Intel® PRO/100+ Dual Port
Server Adapter and whether or not it is supported under
linux.
