[vortex] 3C905TX doesn't see 10Mbps hub till unplugged/replugged

Hmmm, autoselect did not work for me at all. Try to set the right mode
with the DOS tool 3c90xcfg.exe
My cards did not see the 100MBit switch at my location with autoselect enabled.
But setting them to 100MBit/FD works solid.
