[vortex] Problems with 3c905B Cyclone

Hi all!!

  Just installed a slackware with kernel 2.4.20 to a Dell Optiplex GX1.

  My network card is sharing IRQ11 with USB.

  Bewing unable to use the kernel driver 3c50x.c I downloaded the 
3c509xc:v0.99Y and installed it cleanly.

  But I'm still unable to get the network adapter running.

  I just keep getting in dmesg:
