Hamachi hardware checksum support

These changes have been added to the 0.14 version of the driver
available from:

   http://www.nscl.msu.edu/~kasten/perf/hamachi/
   http://www.nscl.msu.edu/~kasten/perf/hamachi/src

This version should compile under both the 2.2.x systems and 
2.0.34+ systems.
