LAM MPI hangs the hamachi driver

Well, I've been working on the driver a bit. We have a few G-NIC II cards
and saw some interesting behavior. I'm not really ready to release what
I've done to the world, but I'll send you a separate email with an updated
driver as an attachment. If anyone else needs it right now, just ask.
I'll be finishing up in the next week or so, but I've just started trying
some other "interesting" experiments with the driver.
