[eepro100] 80% packet drop on 100MB hub

Hi,

I've got a box that is at a remote ISP with RH6.2 and
an 82559 PCI ethernet card.  When they plug it into
their 100MB hub it starts dropping packets like crazy.
 I'm guessing that the card isn't auto-detecting its
settings correctly.  Can someone point me to a
resource that has the latest driver and utilities to
help debug this problem?
