[eepro100] 80% packet drop on 100MB hub

Humm, this seems to be the tipical problem: "It works at 10Mbit/s but whem
plugged to any 100Mbit/s device with a cable longer then 5meters it doesn't
work ..." (a report from one of my students ...)

The tipical solution (if this is your case) is recheck the wiring of the
cable, if the correct twisted pairs aren't used the crosstalk is high and
probably causes both sides to detect collisions ... (at 10Mbit/s the same
problem happens but because de frequency is lower, the crosstalk is also
lower, lowering the frame errors, that's why the problem isn't very
noticable at 10BaseT).
