No. D1, D2 and D3 are increasingly powered-down states. The adapter is
mostly off in D3 state, with at most only Wake-On-LAN circuitry powered up.

This is very curious: you are advertising no capabilities!
Are you passing in any module options?
I'll check out the option settings to see what might be going wrong...
