[eepro100] Stable kernel/driver configurations?

Host brigde came back as 82810E (rev 03) (on-board). The NIC came
back as:

Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82557 [Ethernet Pro 100] (rev 08)
Subsystem: Intel Corporation 82559 Fast Ethernet LAN on Motherboard
