[eepro100] eepro100 doesn't work with 2.4.x kernel

Check your /etc/modules.conf
You may need to do something like this to get it working again:
ifconfig eth0 down
ifconfig eth1 down
rmmod e100 # Intel's eepro driver, which actually works better for me...
insmod eepro100
ifup eth0
ifup eth1
...
Note that if you compile the kernel yourself, you will no longer
have the e100.o module, and you may have to re-compile the e100
driver (get it from intel's web site..and follow their install directions...)
